Due to the nature of our product we have strict store policies.
All orders are finals. No refunds in any case.

Due to the perishable nature of our products there is no exchange nor returns or refund, all sales are final once it has been packed and paid for.
Orders begin processing within 24 hours of placement and ship according to shipping method chosen and the day of the week the order is received.
We can ship to virtually any address in USA only.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
Due to the unique and perishable nature of our products, orders being shipped to warm climates above 72 degrees must be shipped overnight.
Please select ice option for warm destinations if it is not available on the site call La Jolla store to make appropriate arrangement.

The order needs to be place at a temperature of 65F-72F as soon as it reaches destination.
Teuscher is not responsible for melting chocolates.
If ice arrangement are not made for warm destinations, the order will NOT be shipped.

delays caused by weather, mechanical failure or other acts beyond our control,
incorrect or incomplete addresses input by the purchaser on the original web order.
Due to covid carriers do not give any refunds due to delays as small business owners we cannot refund any shipment fees

Fedex or UPS Overnight - Saturday delivery
- Saturday delivery is only available to residences and it is an addition of $15 extra charge

FedEx or UPS 2nd Day
- Orders ship Monday through Wednesday only. Cut off time is 3pm PST
- Orders placed or received Thursday through Sunday will ship the following Monday.
FedEx Ground UPS USPS
FedEx Ground business days are Monday through Friday (excluding holidays).
FedEx Home Delivery business days are Tuesday through Saturday (excluding holidays).
A package shipped via FedEx Ground on Monday with a transit schedule of 2 business days, (not including the day the package is shipped) would be expected for delivery on Wednesday.
A package shipped on Friday with an overnight delivery transit schedule would be expected for delivery the following Monday.
A package shipped on Friday with an overnight delivery with Saturday delivery arranged with the extra fee of $15 would be expected for delivery on Saturday
A package shipped on Friday with a 2-day transit schedule would be expected for delivery the following Tuesday.
